Returns & Exchanges

At Nyxia Atelier, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odours

• In their original packaging

• In the same condition as received

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Inspection

All items are personally inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. Nyxia Atelier reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if, upon inspection, the item shows signs of intentional damage, misuse, excessive wear, or any condition inconsistent with the quality standards confirmed prior to shipment.

Final Sale Items

Socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including shipping costs related to exchanges.

All returns must be shipped to our return warehouse in Canada. Customers will not be required to return items overseas.

Proof of Purchase

An order number or other proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
